Momentum is our 4-week small group coaching experience designed to help you (re)build healthy habits this fall — with expert guidance, a supportive community, and no guesswork. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or coming back after time off, Momentum will help you feel confident, capable, and ready for what’s next.

• 20-minute pre-program consultation to set goals and answer questions
• 8 small group coaching sessions (2x/week for 4 weeks)
• 20-minute wrap-up consultation to review progress and plan next steps
• Weekly recap emails to keep you on track and motivated
• Supportive environment with max 6 participants
• Step-by-step guidance to build strength, confidence, and consistency
