A high-energy intro to movement built around running, jumping, climbing, and playing. Kids develop balance, coordination, and body confidence in a fun, encouraging setting.
FUNdamentals is a fun, game-based introduction to training. Athletes learn to move well: jumping and landing safely, sprinting, stopping and changing direction. They'll also get their first taste of strength training using dumbbells, bands, and other age-appropriate equipment, all in a low-pressure, encouraging environment where kids build confidence alongside fitness.
Active Kids is a small-group fitness class designed to get 4th–6th graders moving, building confidence, and developing habits that last. Each session focuses on foundational fitness: full-body strength and endurance, mobility and posture, core and cardiovascular conditioning. We'll also weave in conversations around mindset, sleep, and nutrition, giving kids a well-rounded foundation for a healthy, active life. No sports background needed, just a willingness to work hard and have a good time.
Jump Start is a 6-week sports performance program for 4th–6th graders who are ready to train with purpose. Athletes will develop the foundational skills that carry over to any sport: proper warm-up routines, basic strength and body control, speed, coordination, and movement mechanics. This is about building confidence, discipline, and a solid understanding of how to train.
All new athletes must complete a 1-on-1 Start-Up Session prior to joining. We'll reach out to schedule once we receive your registration. Athletes who previously participated in FUNdamentals may join without completing the Start-Up Session.
